Best Chocolate Brownies


Video Recipe:

Makes 8 brownies (2.5" squares)

Ingredients:
140 g butter
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 t vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 t salt
1/3 C AP flour

Steps:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Once it starts to boil, add in the sugars and salt. Heat this until the sugars just start to melt. Remove from heat.
3. Add cocoa and vanilla. Mix well and allow to cool.
4. Once mixture is cool, add in eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
5. Fold the flour into the batter.
6. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 160 C.

Homemade Pizza + Pizza Sauce

Like many people, I also used to be intimidated by the thought of making yeast-doughs once. I will admit that making some yeasted doughs can be a little tricky, but pizza dough is one of the easiest ones out there. It has very simple ingredients and you don't even have to knead it too much. Sure, it will take a couple of hours for the dough to get ready, but it is so worth the wait.
